New Course Available

Sign up to learn more about political leadership in Asia!

Asian Studies is offering a “new” course this fall, ASIA 300: Political Leadership in Asia. For the Fall 2025 semester, we will be having instructor Zareen Taj teach this course! Zareen Taj may be familiar to many of you as a Visiting Lecturer in the Global Studies Program the last three years.

The newly designed course will have a broad focus, with case studies of both East as well as South Asian political leaders. The course will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00-11:15am. More info on course objectives and goals are on the flyer below!
