Asian Studies welcomed American University’s Dr. Anita Mannur to campus for a guest lecture on November 11, 2024. Her talk examined the way Asian American millennial and Gen Z chefs are expanding American “taste-scapes” and redefining ethno-culinary traditions across the country.
